Applications of TPU Equipments in Water Distribution and Storage
Water-based fracturing fluid is used at the present CBM well-site. Each well needs at least 600m³ water.

vessels, which are 50 m³metal tanks in cuboid shape.
Over 12 units of the metal tanks are needed to meet the water supply in a well-site. And to transport them one truck is essential for each metal tank. Usually there only one single mountain pass to the well site, accidents and traffic jam are tend to happen with so many trucks on the way together besides high transportation cost.
The transportation cost is largely saved and delivery time is also reduced by use various soft tank.
Because soft tank has the property of very small folded volume, only one truck with hook is needed to deliver all the soft tanks to the well site. The picture shows the package of four soft tanks. With the application of pillow soft tank in the water storage of fracturing liquid, considerable economic benefit will be brought to you, working efficiency can also be improved, labor intensity and accident venture are also reduced.

The complex flange is not necessary;it can be coiled down flatly,also the storage size is much more smaller than rubber pipelines, which also reduce cost and space.
