Disaster relief system can carry water source within dozens of kilometers to the fire scene at a large flow rate and continuously supply water to several fire engines (monitors) for a long time. Any open water head site can be established effectively to the site for long-distance, long-time and large-power supply to ensure sufficient water consumption for fire extinguishing and disaster rescue so as to complete many tasks such as fire extinguishing, drought resistance and floodwater drainage.

System Composition

Composed of delivery hose, collapsible tank, hose recycling device, road crossing facility, distribution device, pumping station unit (including floating submersible pump), truck chassis etc.

The main supply hose adopts 12-inch, high-pressure polyurethane transfusion hose. This hose is made up of inner TPU layer, fiber reinforced layer and outer TPU layer. The fiber reinforced layer is braided with high-performance fiber, while the inner and outer TPU layers are formed by applying special polymer material to both sides of the reinforced layer.

Pumping station unit

Pumping station unit is equipped with a floating submersible pump of frame structure, the main body of which is composed of centrifugal pump and fixed displacement piston hydraulic motor. The main body of the centrifugal pump is mounted on the external frame, the upper part of which is made by glass fiber reinforced plastics floating body to provide enough floating power for submersible pump so that it would not sink into water, and the bottom of which is mounted with four sets of trundles for movement on land. During operation, the power unit of pumping station is placed on shore, which drives floating submersible pump to take water through hydraulic power and transfers water to the main pipeline for transmission.

System description

Emergency oil storage system is composed of collapsible tank, delivery hose and pumping station unit, which is mainly used for emergency oil transfer and storage for large oil house and petrochemical plant in case of fire as well as short-term oil storage in daily maintenance of steel tank.

.. Pump unit adopts integral self-handling tray-type square cabin structure, which is mainly composed of integral self-handling tray, diesel engine, hydraulic clutch transmission, pump, control mechanism, monitoring instrument etc.
