Emergency Coal Mine Flood Plan
Background Introduction
For the first quarter of 2010, sixteen coal-mine accidents occurred in China, resulting in the death of 118 people and a direct economic loss exceeding 500 million RMB.
In 2009, more than 1,300 coal mines were closed due to accidents.

Compared with a traditional steel hose, the weight of the TPU hose is 10 times lighter. Compared with a PVC hose, the working pressure of the TPU hose is 3 to 4 times higher. The discharge rate is increased, while the length of time and labor intensity required to deploy the hose are reduced.
Emergency Water Drainage—Others
The TPU hose can also be used to supply emergency provisions, such as drinking water and powdered food, to the bottom of mine shafts when an accident occurs.
Telephone wires can be paired with the soft TPU hoses to provide communication between the top and bottom of the mine shaft.
If a landslide occurs preventing large-sized floating pumps from entering the mine shaft, we can provide negative pressure hoses to dip into the water in the bottom of the mine shaft and connect with pumps on land to drain the water.
